Unveiling Yifan's 20,000㎡ Air Dome Cost Factory

On August 6th, Yifan Air Dome Cost Factory welcomed a group of special visitors. We will follow them to the production line to witness firsthand the complete manufacturing process of the air supported dome project, from raw materials to pre-finished products. We will also have a full tour of the over 20,000㎡ air dome cost factory, unveiling its mysteries.
To showcase its large-span capabilities and other strengths, Yifan Air Dome Cost Factory uses only two transparent air-supported membrane structures as its factory buildings. There is a rotating airtight door at the front and back, and a fire evacuation airtight door on each side. The logistics entrance is located next to the front rotating door.The membrane structure's exterior pattern consists of white, blue, and green squares along with a logo. Internally, it incorporates sound-absorbing panels and anti-glare honeycomb ceiling lights—the same equipment used in the anti-glare air dome structure of badminton stadium. Furthermore, the membrane building factory is equipped with beam bridge passages, conference and exhibition halls, and other facilities such as air conditioning. In particular, the presence of dust removal and ventilation systems makes the working environment more comfortable and healthy for workers.
As shown in the image, most of the tailor made air dome under construction in the factory have progressed from design and membrane material cutting to reinforcement and welding.
Four high-frequency heat sealing machines are operating at full capacity, with at least two technicians operating each machine, performing membrane material splicing with millimeter-level precision. According to the on-site technical manager, each weld undergoes rigorous airtightness testing before leaving the factory, using standardized procedures to ensure the stability of the air dome structures under harsh operating conditions. Inside another air dome cost in the factory, workers are working diligently on the composite process for greenhouse air dome insulation materials. Technicians stated that by continuously optimizing the Air Dome manufacturing process, the factory can shorten the production cycle and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery while ensuring perfect compatibility between insulation materials and the membrane structure.
