    Details

    • Inside the fully enclosed air dome

Inside the fully enclosed air dome

This sludge fermentation air dome features fully sealed airtight construction. Slight positive internal pressure prevents leakage of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and pathogenic microbes. Equipped with auxiliary deodorization systems, it guarantees compliant fugitive emission, eliminates secondary pollution and NIMBY concerns to meet strict environmental assessment requirements.
Its large-span pillar-free interior enables frequent access for turners and loaders. Compared with conventional concrete workshops, the air dome boasts shorter construction period, superior tightness, lower investment and maintenance cost, running steadily all year round as an eco-friendly solution for harmless and resource-oriented municipal sludge treatment.

Sludge fermentation inside the air dome

Equipped with IoT sensing technology, our sludge fermentation air dome monitor and automatically regulate internal temperature (55-65℃), oxygen concentration (10%-15%), and humidity in real time. This precise aerobic fermentation environment significantly shortens the composting cycle, efficiently eliminates pathogens and parasite eggs, and achieves rapid sludge reduction, harmlessness, and resource recovery.
    • Vehicle operations within the air dome

Vehicle operations within the air dome

Manufactured with B1-grade flame-retardant PVDF composite membrane, this sludge fermentation air dome features high tensile strength and excellent weather resistance, with a design service life of over 25 years. The large-span, beamless, and column-free space (up to 100 meters) perfectly accommodates barrier-free operations of heavy-duty turning machinery. The self-cleaning and anti-aging membrane provides robust physical protection for long-term operation.

    Other Advantages

Superior thermal insulation, high wind & snow load resistance, guaranteeing constant environmental conditions 24/7.
The air dome is Rapid installation, supports full relocation and reuse.
Low construction cost, short build time, minimal maintenance, and excellent cost-effectiveness.

    Application Scenarios

    • Low-cost sealed fermentation ecosystem, maximizing ROI through rapid and profitable sludge-to-resource conversion.
    • Efficient conversion of manure and agri-waste into organic fertilizer for a sustainable eco-cycle.
    • Municipal Organic Waste Hub: Quick-build facilities for effective odor containment and lower processing costs.

    FAQ

Q1: How many people are needed to set up a 7,000 sqm air dome?
A1: Only 8-10 people are required. Since the air dome is prefabricated in the factory and simply transported to the site for installation and anchoring, the entire process can be completed in about 10 days.
Q2: Are the operation and maintenance (O&M) costs high?
A2: Not at all. The intelligent control system allows for unattended operation, and the membrane material features self-cleaning capabilities. Annual inspections are only needed to check for any wear and tear on the membrane and equipment. Overall, the O&M costs are lower than those of traditional buildings.
Q3: Can the air dome be expanded?
A3: Yes, it can. The air dome can be expanded later on based on your needs, making it highly flexible to adapt to various usage scenarios.
